ERWEITERUNG KINDERGARTEN GREILING
Die Gemeinde Greiling erweitert ihr bestehendes kommunales Gebäudeensemble um eine Kinderkrippe mit Platz für 12 Kinder. Das Projekt ist Teil einer baulichen Weiterentwicklung der kommunalen Infrastruktur in direkter Verbindung zum Rathaus und dem bestehenden Kindergarten.
Die Planung konzentriert sich auf die Integration des Erweiterungsbaus in die vorhandene Gebäudestruktur sowie auf eine effiziente Flächennutzung und optimale Auslastung innerhalb der gegebenen Rahmenbedingungen. Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf funktionalen Abläufen, kurzen Wegen und der nahtlosen Verknüpfung von Verwaltung und Kinderbetreuung.
So entsteht ein kompakter und funktionaler Erweiterungsbau, der das kommunale Zentrum stärkt und die Betreuungssituation für Familien in Greiling nachhaltig verbessert.

NEW EXTENSION KINDERGARDEN GREILING
The municipality of Greiling is expanding its existing civic building ensemble with a nursery facility providing space for 12 children. The project forms part of the ongoing development of the municipal infrastructure in direct connection with the town hall and the existing kindergarten.
The design focuses on integrating the extension into the existing building structure while ensuring efficient use of space and optimal capacity within the given constraints. Particular attention was given to functional workflows, short distances, and the seamless connection between administrative functions and childcare facilities.
The result is a compact and functional extension that strengthens the municipal center and sustainably improves childcare provision for families in Greiling.
